Create & Connect Art + Wellness Camp

An “IRL.” screen free summer day camp for middle and high schoolers

MONDAY, JUNE 22ND through FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH

If you’re already wondering how to manage your kid’s screen time this summer, you’re not alone. This camp offers a creative solution!

Our screen-free Create & Connect Art + Wellness Camp gives kids a chance to slow down, use their imagination, and reconnect with hands-on creativity through expressive arts activities, journaling, and intentional time in nature. Engaging in creative exploration among their peers helps to ease the boredom and isolation that often contribute to irritability, conflict, and low mood.

Consider it a gentle reset for the summer…for your kids, and for you.

And since this camp is created and run by licensed professional counselors and art therapists, your kids will feel safe and supported as they explore their creative identity.*

*Although we are licensed therapists, the IRL Create & Connect Art + Wellness Camp is not a therapy program and is not a replacement for therapy. When appropriate, It can be a valuable supplement to a child’s established therapy services. Pre-screening is required- please submit payment to hold your child’s place, and fill out the pre-registration form here to ensure that we can effectively support them.

Your kids will…

  • Explore new expressive arts methods

  • Practice self-regulation skills

  • Spend mindful time in nature, moving their bodies

  • Develop new social connections

  • Build self esteem and ideas for continued self care

We offer two session options starting Monday, June 22nd through Friday, June 26th:

Middle School (Ages 10-13) 10:00 am-12:30 PM

High school (Ages 14-17) 1:00 PM- 3:30 PM
