Join Art Therapist and Founder of Brush Box Amber Thomas for this six week group designed for pre-teen girls (ages 10-12 years old) using art as a process for communication and regulation. Participants can expect curated art experiences that focus on the developmental goals and needs tailored for all group members.
This group is prefect for pre-teen girls:
Working on developing social skills
Learning about emotion regulation in the body
Building meaningful face to face community connections
Participants will explore art materials through facilitated art processes and community led discussions that promote the development of positive mental health practices.
Group cost is $160 for the entire six week duration which includes the cost of all materials and light refreshments. This breaks down to roughly $26 a session! Spots are limited to 8 participants, and all prospective group members will be required to complete a pre-registration survey to ensure they are a good fit for the group.
