"As an art therapist and counselor, it is my goal to listen and be present for your stories and perspectives and work with you to unpack their meaning in creative ways. As an art therapist and fiber arts instructor, I can offer a variety of creative outlets that can encourage self-expression, empowerment, and relaxation. Through fiber and textile arts, we can cut away unnecessary pieces, weave together new ideas, and learn new patterns for helping you feel like your best self."
