Join therapist Hailey Wilson on Saturday, September 26th from 10AM-11AM in the CLARA library space for this parent and child story time to help promote co-regulation. The theme for this interactive group experience is big feelings and calm bodies, and Hailey will lead participants through a reading of “In My Heart” by Jo Witek followed by creating sensory glitter jars and other co-regulation exercises.
