DOES CLARA ACCEPT INSURANCE?

CLARA Healing Institute is a fee for service practice which means we do not contract with insurance companies. The cost of service is an out of pocket investment; however, our clinicians are able to submit out of network claims for individuals that have access to these benefits for possible reimbursement.

WHAT ARE THE RATES OF SERVICE AT CLARA?

Each clinician at CLARA Healing Institute has their own base rate for service that is commensurate with their years of experience and areas of specialty. The average fee ranges from $80-$195 per session. A provider will be able to give you more detailed information about their rates for service during the complimentary consultation.

DOES CLARA OFFER DISCOUNTED RATES OF SERVICE?

Each clinician at CLARA Healing Institute has their own base rate for services; however, they also offer limited discounted rates and sliding scale options. A provider will be able to give you more detailed information about their rates for service during the complimentary consultation.

HOW COME CLARA DOES NOT CONTRACT WITH INSURANCE?

CLARA has intentionally opted out of working with insurance companies to allow for clients to take full agency over their care. This looks like clients being involved in their care from the very beginning by choosing what provider they want to work with and deciding how they would like to work with that provider without any limitations or restrictions that may come with using insurance.

DOES CLARA WORK WITH OTHER BILLING ORGANIZATIONS?

Yes! Outside of insurance companies, CLARA clinicians are able to work with clients that have access to VOCA (Victims of Crime Acts) to help fund their services in addition to IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) funds for certain individuals.
